Blue, Blue, Blue 22 different shades of Kohler blue

Everyone likes some shade of blue. Blue is calming and considered a natural color from the sky, ocean, sleep and twilight. Blue conveys importance and confidence, hence the blue suit, along with having the confidence in using blue to be bold, stand out, and be different when decorating your kitchen or bath. Many would like to use a blue, but

don't, they stick with white or off white and "decorate around" to show some boldness. As many have started to show some boldness in color and many are starting to "go retro" I'm featuring some of the discontinued Kohler colors (yellows, blues, reds and greens) that are great to use for today's decorating and be a little different. I was writing an article on Kohler Blueberry (-27) introduced in 1965 and discontinued in 1985, and thought a 20 year run for a color like Blueberry was long, but there are colors like Cerulean blue (-08) had a 48 year run. Then I got to checking to see what the longest running Kohler Blue was. I was surprised how many different blues Kohler has had over the years, Kohler has had 22 variations of blue. The longest running Kohler blue was Ceralean Blue (-08) produced for 48 years, then Navy (-52) produced for 25 years, and the third longest blue was Kohler Blueberry (-27) produced for 20 years. This also got me curious – what was the shortest running blue? There were 2 Kohler blues that were produced for only 2 years – Blue Brilliance (-7U) and Chambray (V6). Does anyone have any of these colors? I 've wondered if there is any product out there or if it had ever shipped after being produced, 2 years is not time enough to determine if the market will like it or not.
