After selling discontinued and overstock Kohler plumbing products for 11 years online (and being a Kohler distributor for 19 years prior to that), I know the importance of exact and specific product descriptions, with good photos and diagrams to show the item as it is.    I’m the best at selling discontinued Kohler – that’s why distributors come to me to sell it for them, instead of them attempting to sell it on their own.

Any item that arrives at our warehouse in a open box goes through a rigorous inspection prior to us selling it as “new”.   Since the industry lacked a ratings system for its products, we developed one – we call a “Condition Rating System (or CRS for short).   This System allows us to clearly designate any blemishes that may exist on the item.
