At the 2010 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show, Kohler Co. unveiled the LattisTM pivot shower door with steam capabilities. It beautifully reveals the showering area by seamlessly blending into any bathroom décor.

The Lattis shower door was inspired by the clean, linear lines found in the rich architecture of New York’s skyline. Prominent door jambs dominate the overall theme, while setting the stage for headers and side-glass panels to complement the standout feature – a semi-frameless glass door.

The installation options of this shower door accommodates all types of applications, and it can be purchased with an optional sliding steam transom. The Lattis shower door fits a wide range of showering spaces from 30 to 72 inches wide, and as tall as 89 1/2 inches with the transom. The semi-frameless door panels provide a clean, open aesthetic, yet are durable enough to support large spaces. The over-sized, 12-inch handle pays homage to luxurious building entrances found on New York’s famous Fifth Avenue.

The glass doors are a standard 1/4-inch thick, but 3/8-inch glass doors can be purchased as an upgrade. The soft-touch rollers ensure the door is completely sealed and closed, while dampening the force and noise typically associated with other catch devices. Each of the glass doors features KOHLER Clean CoatTM technology – a coating on the glass that repels water for easy cleanup.
