Kohler Reintroduces Gold Finishes For 2009

Kohler has introduced the finishes Vibrant Moderne Brushed Gold and Vibrant Moderne Polished Gold, at this year’s Kitchen and Bath Industry Show. Gold has always represented excellence and Kohler previously had Polished Gold and Brushed Gold available. Kohler’s brushed gold was discontinued, about 15 years ago, and Kohler’s polished gold was discontinued about eight years ago. The gold finishes have sold extremely well internationally, and now they are starting to sell well again in the United States. These two finishes were introduced at the 2009 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show. Both of these finishes use Kohler’s PVDStands for Physical Vapor Deposition; PVD is a process that bonds the finish color to the faucet, helping it resist scratches, corrosion and tarnishing. finishing process that creates a durable finish that withstands scratching and tarnishing. Currently, these two finishes are available on the Purist faucet collection and WaterTile, body sprays.  We currently have the discontinued version of the Kohler polished gold in the Alterna faucet series in stock.
