Kohler Introduces Caviar - The New Cast Iron Color at the 2010 IBS

At the 2010 International Builder’s Show in Las Vegas, Kohler introduced the newest cast-iron color Caviar. Caviar offers a fresh and modern approach to Black Black, with a new enamel color – Caviar – at the 2010 International Builders’ Show.

This neutral color adds an uncommon visual depth, character and resilience to KOHLER Cast Iron kitchen sinks. Caviar represents a unique twist on traditional enamel, with partially translucent enamel mixed with pigments, giving the color a subtly flecked appearance and offering a depth of hue not found in other traditional colors.

The result provides astute homeowners the opportunity to coordinate their kitchen sinks with a wide variety of natural stone and concrete materials such as Carrara marble, Medici slate and polished granite.

Combining cast iron with an ultra-thick layer of enamel, KOHLER Cast Iron sinks are guaranteed not to chip, crack or burn. No other material is easier to clean. All KOHLER Cast iron products installed in North America carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty for as long as the original consumer owns his or her home. Additionally, KOHLER Cast Iron is crafted from 93 percent recycled and reclaimed materials.
