Our Nearly Perfect items are new items that may be out of a carton, and may have a cosmetic blemish consisting of , dent(s), dimple(s), pit(s), scratch(es), scuffing or finish imperfections.  Most are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer Limited Lifetime Warranty.  All Nearly Perfect items are designated with the icon to the right.

The #1 reason to buy our Nearly Perfect items is, you may be the only person that knows the imperfection exists.  We've been specializing in Kohler products for 27 years and we inspect every open box item we receive.  We have an eye for imperfections most people don't notice but will save you hundreds,  sometimes thousands of dollars.

Here are some examples of our Nearly Perfect products that can save you hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars:

• A spout has a dimple on the left side and you enter the room from the right.  Most people would have to be at the spout's dimple level to notice the dimple.
• A handle base has a scratch on the base.  Most of the time the handle base can be installed with the scratch at the rear - making it extremely difficult to notice.

All imperfections are clearly noted and when describing the location right, left, center, front, rear, top, bottom is when standing in front of the item, facing the item as if installed (see diagram below).
